Whether you call it the best way to drive a car or the best anti-theft device, the manual transmission is dying. Dozens of models lose their manual options each calendar year, especially in the United States, and it won't be long before knowing how to drive one becomes an antiquated practice akin to analog photography.
But if you have a desire to own a cool car at some point in your life, it's a skill you have to learn. Unfortunately, Gen Z is more worried about flexing the three row SUV with parking assistance and Apple Car Play that they went into debt to buy.
