Alpha-Male Influencer Who Said ‘No One Tells Me What to Do’ Is Arrested for Fraud

If anyone brands themselves as an “alpha,” safe to say that you shouldn’t trust them.

Anyone remember Jeremiah Joseph Evans, the man who was so brazen as to call himself “The Bull”? Ignoring just how pathetic it is to give yourself that nickname, Evans also hosted something called “Alpha Con,” where a bunch of men who definitely weren’t divorced and assuredly were not in a continual state of roid rage told you how to “be a man” (for a fee, of course).

Well, now it turns out that the leader of “Alpha Con” wasn’t really an Alpha, but was definitely a con man. According to the U.S. Attorney’s office, Evans “admitted to defrauding approximately $20,894,674 from approximately 530 investors in his company Alpha Influence LLC.”

If you give money to a company called “Alpha Influence LLC,” do you deserve to have your money taken from you? Probably, but at least we can all agree that it shouldn’t go to this guy. And now, it appears it won’t, as he’s been sentenced to 96 months in prison and must pay $19,134,150.00 in restitution.

Sounds pretty Beta to me!
