Bike Racer Gets Attacked by Runaway Goat
Hey, *you’re* the ones who decided to have a bike race in Albania.
While it’s a beautiful country, Albania’s roadways are, to put it charitably, a problem. Drivers are insane, and while freeways may be adequately paved, ranchers have no problem holding up traffic to let a herd of sheep or cows go by.
This isn’t usually a problem, as pretty much everyone in the country is used to it. However, when it *does* become a problem is when the country is hosting an international event — say, a bike race.
During the Giro d’Italia race, which starts in Albania, one rider was going along when a goat decided to make him his enemy. And so, the goat attacked, knocking the biker back and definitely shaving a few seconds off his race time.
