Coachella Hot Dog Vendors Have Formed a Cartel to Force People to Buy Glizzies

Want to leave? Gotta buy a dawg.

Coachella looks like a miserable experience. Yes, you get to see a lot of bands in one place, but you have to pay a minimum of $650 to do so, and even then, you’re more than likely going to be watching your favorite artist from a distance of several football fields away.

At least you can get some good food while you’re there, right? Well, sort of. Attendees have complained about high prices at the festival, from someone paying $13 for a slice of pizza to others complaining that a chicken slider with fries came out to about $30.

Vendors are trying to capitalize on these high prices by hanging out around the exits and selling food to those who don’t want to pay $20 for a shitty burger. Actually, they’ve done more than that — they’ve basically blocked off the exits with their stands, funnelling everyone who leaves into a narrow corridor where the only option is to buy a hot dog.

Yet another reason not to attend!
