Would you pay your rent to spend a weekend getting cooked alive in a tent?

The organizers of Coachella know that attending the festival is expensive. They don’t care, but they know that.

Thankfully, they’ve provided a more budget-friendly option for those who want to visit the festival. For about $700, they’ll provide a tent, air mattress, sleeping bag and all the fixin’s you need to have a good night’s sleep while standing three football fields away from your favorite artist.

Great, right?

Well, no. As it turns out, the “campsite” offered by Coachella smells like literal shit, has floodlights that don’t turn off and an uncovered setup that means the inside of the tent can hit temperatures so hot it will melt all of your stuff.
