Man can’t even go outside for a smoke anymore!

We have a lot of freedoms in this country. If a cop walks up to you, you’re well within your rights to tell them to fuck off and carry on your way — though I can’t promise that they’re not going to try to mess with you afterwards.

On that note, this recent video of a dude being apprehended on his porch is, well, it’s not great.

In the video, a man can be seen being approached, and then questioned, by police. He then asks why this is happening, and at that point, he’s thrown to the ground and arrested.
