That’s what we call a “Russian hello.”

Road rage takes different forms in different countries — some more psycho than others. In the U.S., it usually involves a bunch of impotent yelling until one person has the bright idea to whip out a gun.

In other countries, however, things can go a little bit crazier. For example, in this recent video from Russia, a person began shooting fireworks at another car — and somehow, one of the fireworks ended up inside the opposing vehicle.
