It’s a great time to be a metal fan. You’ve got bands of all sizes putting out incredible albums (shoutout to the new Deafheaven record), all new sounds being explored thanks to advances in music production software — and now, you even have Lois Griffin doing vocals! How nice is that!

Yes, this is a real project, and it’s called “Griffin.” So far, the group only appears to have released one song, which is called *sigh* “Lois Griffin Crashes Out in a Basement After Being Cucked as a Confused Band of Suburban Teens Improv over Her Screams of Terror.”

I know, 2025 is great.
