It’s funny, yes, but please don’t do it.

Apple Pay has made it pretty easy to leave your wallet at home. While it’s pretty secure, to the average Boomer, it’s basically magic — meaning that if you hold your phone up to theirs, make the Apple Pay sound and then tell them that you’ve just stolen money from them, they’re going to believe you.

While this may sound like a good prank (because it is), it can also make the average Boomer to whom it happens pretty pissed off. So, I’m going to advise that you watch videos of *others* doing it and don’t do it yourself, just so you don’t end up the victim of a Boomer freakout.
