This Woman Is Documenting All The Money She’s Saving By Stealing
Turns out, you can save a lot of dough by just not paying.
One of the most interminable arguments that happens on the internet every few months is the ethics of shoplifting. Both sides of the debate find their own way to be uniquely annoying. On one side, you have people who will tell you with a straight face that they enjoy paying $12 for eggs, and that not doing so (even while manufacturers make billions) is a moral failing. On the other, you have people who try to paint their “stuffing a few Hershey’s down your pants” as a revolutionary act.
In reality, the main reasons for shoplifting generally fall into two categories: 1) someone can’t afford an item that they need; or 2) it’s just nice to not have to pay for things.
I’m not sure where this person falls, but they’re pretty happy to share the things that they’ve nicked. From pregnancy tests to DIY tools, she’s assembled quite the collection of lifted goods, and according to her calculations, she’s managed to save over $170 in the process!
