The people are calling it “definitely a good omen.”

Not a lot of good news comes out of Kansas. In fairness, not a lot of news *at all* comes out of Kansas, but when the state is in the headlines, it’s usually because of something not very nice.

This is no different. A recent video has been going around showing a weird ring of black smoke hovering over the town of Bonner Springs.

Now, the New York Post says that they’ve talked to experts who believe this to be the aftermath of some kind of explosion, but, like, c’mon. Let’s just say it’s aliens and call it a day.
