Remember that guy who went viral after claiming you couldn’t get a DUI on a horse? Well, it turns out that he forgot to mention something important about that fact — you have to be physically on the horse, not controlling it from a buggy behind it.

If you get too drunk and try to command your horse home, the police might stop you — and that’s exactly what happened here. Although, in fairness to the driver, he fell asleep; the *horse* was the one who rammed the police car. Shouldn’t you arrest him?
